We upcycle broken pallets that would otherwise be discarded as they no longer serve their functional purpose. We select the pallets on 3 main points: Dryness, Quality & Texture.

Once the pallets are chosen, they are taken back to the workshop where the pine is assessed for defects such as cracks, knots or any other irregularities (although we do love how the faults in the pine give the overall piece character).

Nails are then removed by hand, pallets can contain up to 50 nails!

Wood is cut to size depending on requested dimensions. The wood is then core sanded by hand until smooth, and then lightly sanded to produce an extra polished finish.

Once pallets are painted they are fixed at the back with horizontal or vertical struts and wood screws, ready to be hung!
